Individual Therapy
We offer individual counseling to help clients recover from any pressing issues that affect your ability to grow and thrive. These issues may include depression, anxiety, emotional/physical/sexual trauma, shame, pornography and sexual addictions, poor self-esteem, grief or career direction.
Couples Counseling
Your relational challenge or life crisis may be the catalyst for rebuilding trust, intimacy, accountability and communication in your relationship.
It is important to consider the families from which we came. Unhealthy, often-imperceptible messages learned in our developmental years can diminish our capacity for trust and intimacy in adulthood. Objectivity, understanding and awareness become critical tools that protect our present relationships from our past. Couples counseling can help form safety, strength and emotional connection.
Individual or couple intensives are available, which can significantly accelerate the progression toward long-term recovery.
Groups
Shame and addiction thrive in isolation, engaging with a safe therapy group directly counteracts those struggles.
Effective groups will greatly reduce shame, provide accountability and offer a place of support. As we hear stories similar to ours we realize we are really not alone – our experiences do not isolate us, but can bring us community to support us in destroying shame and self-contempt.
Group therapy has been acknowledged as a tremendous catalyst and the most effective form of treatment for the recovery of pornography addiction and sexual addictions. Group work is also recognized as a powerful healing agent for removing the shame and blame often experienced for survivors of sexual abuse.
